Roasted and packed at origin for freshness, Hojicha green tea powder has a distinctive toasted nutty flavour, complimented with hints of caramel and toffee. The roasting process reduces its caffeine content for a soothing experience. Perfect as a tea, latte, or even in desserts.

Brewing: How To Make A Hojicha Latte

  • Place 1tsp (2g) of Hojicha powder into a bowl and pour 30ml of hot water (70°)
  • Whisk into a smooth paste. Ensure there are no clumps
  • Steam 200ml of milk of your choice until smooth and silky. (68°)
  • Pour over Hojicha paste and enjoy

Our tips:

We believe that hojicha is best enjoyed as is. Try preparing with coconut milk or a teaspoon of honey if you prefer it a bit sweeter.
