COFFEE

Roast Dates & Production

Our coffee is roasted Monday – Friday between 8am and 3pm. We do not add roast dates to our bags. Your order will be packaged and dispatched within 72 hours of roasting.

However, we do recognise that specific roast dates are important to some. We will happily provide this information upon request. Add it to your order notes at checkout or send an email to info@adamsandrussell.co.uk with your order number.

Andy, Connor & Ben do a world class job of handling all retail and wholesale orders. Everything is roasted in small batches on our incredibly hard-working Petroncini. Every single bag of coffee is then weighed, labelled and sealed by hand.

When new coffees arrive, we roast a sample batch and cupping sessions to determine the best suited roast profile.

Coffee is very much a seasonal product. When we find a coffee we like, we purchase as much as is reasonable, with the aim of maintaining a consistent supply.

If you’ve been enjoying a coffee and noticed it’s been out of stock for a while, email info@adamsandrussell.co.uk and we’ll suggest an alternative.
