Teadrop Organic Matcha: About
Teadrop’s Matcha is grown in the Shizuoka Prefecture in Japan’s Tenryu region. Shade grown for up to 2 weeks before harvest, it is then deveined, stone ground and packed at source. This process preserves the vegetal notes, leaving a subtle sweetness underneath the familiar grassy taste.
Brewing: How To Make A Matcha Latte
Place 2g of matcha tea into a bowl and pour 30ml of hot water (70°)
Whisk matcha into a smooth paste. Ensure there are no clumps
Steam 200ml of milk of your choice until smooth and silky. (68°)
Pour over matcha paste and enjoy

We believe that matcha is best enjoyed as is. Try preparing with coconut milk or a teaspoon of honey if you prefer it a bit sweeter.
