Barista Skills is one of the SCA’s five specialist modules, it offers three progessive levels, letting you build your expertise at your own pace.
The Barista Skills module teaches practical skills for making espresso-based drinks. Key learnings include:

– Manage efficient coffee bar workflow

Foundation Course

Introduces essential practical skills needed behind the espresso bar with focus on core techniques.
