Using a Bamboo Matcha Whisk
This bamboo whisk is the traditional way to create a smooth and velvety matcha.
Boil your kettle and start by soaking your whisk in the hot water for a minute, so that they soften and will bend easily when whisking. Pour the water away and dry the bowl, before adding 1 gram of your favourite Matcha powder to the Matcha Craft Mixing Bowl. By this time the water you boiled at the start should have dropped to the appropriate temperature. Add 30ml of water and begin whisking until you develop a fine foam on the top of your Matcha.
Add this mixture to steamed milk, or ice and milk if you prefer an iced Matcha.
