Greek Mountain Tea is a herbal infusion that’s naturally caffeine free. Made from the dried flowers, leaves and stems of the Sideritis plant, which flourishes throughout high elevations in the mountains of Greece. Expect a mild, floral taste similar to Chamomile Blossom 

How To Brew & Serving Suggestions:

1 – 2 stems per 230ml / Full Boil 5 – 10 minutes
Can be brewed using a tea strainer or add directly to a small pot of boiling water and simmer for 10 minutes.
Best enjoyed without milk.
