The Introduction to Coffee course teaches coffee fundamentals from origin to cup, now updated with the logic from the SCA Coffee Value Assessment. Key learnings include:
– Learn coffee’s journey from farm to cup
– Master basic coffee brewing fundamentals
– Understand coffee flavors and freshness
After the course:
-There’s a short written multi choice exam to complete, this is done at home and a pass rate of 60% is required. You will receive a digital certifcate directly from the SCA upon successful completion.
