The Vietnamese growing conditions
The southern parts of Vietnamese harbour the conditions for growing Robusta, whereas in the north, the higher altitude suits the more preferred Arabica. Robusta is still the dominant crop coming out of Vietnam, therefore this fine, grade 1 Arabica from Adams + Russell can be considered exclusive and rare.
The beans are medium/full roasted in traditional small batch flame roasters. They are then hand packed, hand sealed and always available fresh.
